This small grade II-listed Dawkins pub, licensed since 1851, in a heritage listed street with many fine Georgian buildings in Kingsdown, offers a selection of cask beers from local breweries. West Country ciders are sold too, as well as local keg beers and a large range of gins. The pub hosts regular live music and a quiz every Wednesday. Many board games are available to play. The pub is furnished in a green theme, with wooden panelling throughout. There is a small patio to the rear for smokers. Off-Sales also available. Summer weekend hours may vary - pub is likely to open at 4pm.
