Refurbished and re-opened in May 2022, this food-orientated, yet traditional pub is located adjacent
to the harbour in the charming fishing town on Amble. Real ales are mainly from the local Alnwick
Brewery. Harbour Amber and Harbour Gold are Alnwick Amber and Alnwick Gold accompanied by
2 guest ales from Alnwick Brewery or from further afield.
The entrance to the pub is from street level into a large bar which has an abundance of nautical
photos and paraphernalia. Music is played but at a comfortable level. Through from the bar is the
large well-furnished dining room extending to the rear of the pub. A large meals and drinks menu
offers a wide choice from snacks to mains. Booking for meals, especially at weekends,
is strongly advised.
