Large suburban pub on the edge of town. A comfortable brick based structure built by Banks's in the late 1980s on the site of the former Derricks Club (infamous in the memory of many locals for various reasons).
Real ale discontinued following the pandemic.
Historic Interest
The pub is named after Henry "Harry Hotspur" Percy who was routed by King Henry IV at the nearby Battle of Shrewsbury on 21 July 1403. Trivia note: the Percy family were substantial land owners in the North London area, hence the name of the local football club - Tottenham Hotspur (the Hotspur nickname was a reference to Harry's dashing attacking spirit).
