Hornsbury Mill is a converted example of an early 19th Century Somerset corn mill, built of local flint stone, elm wood beams and timbers with hamstone mullion windows. The mill dates from 1327 with the oldest part of the existing building dating back to 1835.
The main waterwheel is located in the centre of the mill building and can be viewed from the exterior of the property as well as through a glass partition from the hotel’s restaurant. The Hotel specialises in weddings. There is a selection of bottle conditioned ales.
