Built in 1854 during the reign of Queen Victoria, The Lamb public house stands on the corner of Corporation and College streets, in the town of St Helens. The corner house consists of a traditional two room layout with vaults and a lounge. In the arch at side of pub the original cobble stones are still visible along with cast iron horse ring where the dray-horse would be tethered whilst delivering ales.
Access to The Lamb is very easy by public transport; just a short 3 minute walk from St Helens bus terminus, or a 4 minute walk from St Helens Central train station.
