A well-run 18th Century city-centre venue tucked away in a charming cobbled alley leading to the cathedral. Although opened out into a single bar area, the pleasant wood-panelled interior gives an intimate feel, and the secluded, decked beer garden extends some way back. Bar meals are served at lunchtime, and there is a conventional roast on Sundays. Evening meals are available by arrangement for groups of 15 or more. Live Blues music 4-6pm on last Sunday of every month. Quiz on Sunday evenings.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 3 regular beers.
