A large handsome hill-top pub originally built 1853, now cut off from rest of Bradford Rd by new route of the A650 but visitors to the nearby garden centre can't miss it.
Historic Interest
An interesting fact about the pub is that it once belonged to "Prophet" John Wroe, the evangelist who founded the Christian Israelite Church in the 1820s after having what he believed were a series of visions.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 1 regular beer.
