Tasteful conversion of a barn in the grounds of the former Kimberworth Manor. The manor house can be seen at the rear of the extensive car park to the rear and is a listed building. The food is home cooked and the menus quite varied. The upstairs Kimberworth Suite function room can accommodate 120 people. Live music on every 3rd Saturday evening of the month and sometimes other times in the function room. General knowledge quiz on Thursday evenings from 9pm. Reopened under new leaseholder October 2021, operating more as a function and dining venue. Real ale is no longer served..
Historic Interest
Originally built as farm barns for Kimberworth Manor in 1694, home to the Kent family. It later passed to the Howard family and was gifted to the council in the 1970's. The buildings housing the pub were sold off and developed into the pub and restaurant shortly afterwards. The listed Manor House, dovecot and other buildings can be viewed from the car park but are in a derelict state.
