This is a busy Wetherspoon pub whose name refers to the many pools that used to surround Sutton Coldfield. The watery theme is reflected in the decor, with hundreds of hanging glass droplets. The comfortable interior is complemented by cafe-style seating outside at the front, plus an enclosed beer terrace to the side. Alcohol is served from 9am, and Wednesday features an Ale of the Day at a special price. Note that the free parking is time-limited.
