Excellent Wetherspoon conversion of a Grade II-listed former post office, dating from 1914, back to life. Cheshire-brewed beers are often to be found on the bar. Large and mainly open plan inside, TVs screen news channels with subtitles throughout the day. Free Wi-Fi is available. The car park is behind the pub off Meadow Street immediately after the Royal Mail sorting office.
