Previously a pig farm dating back to 1684. Now a comfortable multi-room pub serving the local community, with many of the original features such as beams, pillars, steps & stone floors. A comprehensive range of food including steaks, pies, fish, burgers, pasta, curry, tapas, Sunday lunches, wraps & baguettes. Quiz on Mondays. Children welcome up to 9pm. The pub's name originates from the sight of the pigs at the farm putting their fore-trotters onto the farm wall in order to watch May Day parades. No cask ale currently on sale.
