An attractive 17th century pub set in a pretty village conservation area, completely refurbished on 2020. There is ample parking next to the pub across the stream bridge and a colourful rear garden and stream-side terrace.
Bar and restaurant meals available all week with Sunday roasts.
Tuesday all cask ales £2.70 a pint.
Lockable cycle parking is available over the bridge in the car park, with adjacent picnic benches.
Ice cream van Monday to Friday 3-4pm and all day at weekends during the summer (June 2023).
Autumn 2023 saw a new dog friendly dining area developed at rear of pub in the old pool room. Most of the veg is now sourced from family allotments.
Historic Interest
The pub lies within the Wolverley conservation area and the Cyclists Touring Club (CTC) has one of their winged emblems on the front. The current CTC Kidderminster section meet here every month. There are old caves at the back of the car park cut into the sandstone.
