Brewery Tap Room and Store
The vanguard of the micro-brewery revolution was founded in 1978. It outgrew its original site, and in 1986 moved to its present location, that of the long-deceased Tunks Brewery. In 2007 Ringwood was sold to Marston's, in whose hands production continues to increase. The shop sells Ringwood beers in various size packages up to 9 gallon firkin casks, and in bottles, and also offers a selection of bottled beers from other Marston's breweries, merchandise, and beery comestibles.
The Tap Room was initially to serve customers on one of the brewery tours but post-Covid the tours have ceased. However, the Tap Room continues in its own right. Times shown are serving times in the Tap Room, but the associated brewery store is open from 9.30am through to 5pm.
