Friendly community pub on main street through village near the church. Serving good value food and up to four real ales. Closed Mondays except bank holidays (open 12-9). Food served Thu-Sun - essential to book for Sunday lunch.
Historic Interest
A report in the Bury & Norwich Post** on Aug-01 in 1893 stated that the pub had been purchased by Mr Turner for £315. Also reported in the Street, High Street & South Street.
