Former Bass pub, It was an old-fashioned City boozer called the Hatchet, named after the Hatchet Trading Co. who were fur traders based nearby. Renamed after being sold by Greene King The pub was taken over by Harcourt Inns and reopened in December 2017. The ground floor is a pub with one real ale and the two floors above host a restaurant
