A 400 year old grade II listed building in the heart of Stratford with two bars, The Library a cosy, oak beamed room with bookshelves and oil paintings and The Blue Bar, light and airy with views over the ancient, half timbered buildings the area is famous for. All day bistro. On Mon-Sat at 5.30pm a pianist tinkles the ivories for an hour so we can have music while we sup. Good food and 12 en-suite letting rooms. Known as Church Street Townhouse until extensive refurbishment in 2017.
