This pub has reverted to being run by the owner directly and continues with it’s established reputation for live bands on Fridays. The quieter, traditional end of the pub is to the right of the front bar. A covered garden/outdoor drinking area is accessible through the pub. The pub is now easier to find, since its name is displayed again after several years of absence, following a storm. Four handpumps, with three dispensing a varied selection of regional guest beers. Local CAMRA Pub of the Year 2014.
