A popular 19th-century local with a plain but bright and tidy interior which includes an attractive bar area, featuring a wooden bar counter and bar stools, which is linked to a small "lounge" on one side. There is a separate 21-seater dining room on the other.
A separate function/TV room, the Stable Bar, with its own bar counter, has recently been created in the old stables at the rear where the stall partitions have been retained.
