Re-opened August 2020 after 5 years closure and a period of renovation.
A huge rambling old country pub with a large central bar area with one or two cask ales poured straight from the cask. A smooth flow ale and Guiness on keg along with a good range of lagers and ciders. Also has at least two traditional farmhouse ciders.
Food is good basic pub grub with a range of steaks and large portion sizes.
Large car park with on-site camping and caravan pitches to the rear.
Good sized gardens to enjoy the sun and fresh air whilst eating or drinking.
