A two-bar black and white pub near the railway station. The smaller bar is quiet and is used as a restaurant, whilst the larger has TV and pool table in an adjoining room for the locals. Conventional pub food is served. The large garden and recently refitted play area hosts occasional events for families. The pub football team plays in the local Sunday league,
