Most of this pub is 400 years old and it used to house the village bakery and the courtroom of the Bishop of Wells. Old settles and a magnificent log fire can be found in the bar area which has a flagstone floor and a wealth of beams.
The pub is a popular stopping off point for cyclists and walkers drawn by the four excellent ales and real ciders on offer.
