A speciality pale ale. A malt bill of maris otter low colour, Munich and Caramalt gives this beer a malty backbone it requires to play off the crisp lemony notes from the Cardamom and Coriander. The beer also has generous quantities od Jaggery sugar which is made from the flowers of the palm. The natural Maple flavour lends itself well to this beer style.
