New Bristol

20a Wilson Street, Bristol, BS2 9HH (View on Google Map) noel@newbristolbrewery.co.uk Website

Description

Having started out in 2013 with his brother Tom, Noel James, wife Maria and assistants now brew on a fifteen-barrel plant. Year-round beers are supplemented by regularly released brews based on progressive and modern themes, which include IPAs and stouts. All beers are unfined and unfiltered, with some oak barrel-aged, and many available in cans. The premises house a shop, taproom and kitchen, which opens Thursday-Sunday.
