Description

Castle Rock, established in 1998, quickly developed a reputation for producing high quality, consistent cask beers, which continues to this day, with five from the core range winning awards at national level. Throughout the year, Castle Rock brew an eclectic range of special and one-off beers in cask, keg and can, from the traditional to the more experimental and modern styles.

Judging for the competition takes around a year, starting with individual nominations from CAMRA members and tasting panel nominations, leading to a series of rigorous regional heats adhering to a strict blind tasting policy.


Tours

Castle Rock - Brewery Tour

Brewery tours available for groups of 10+ from the Visitors' Centre. Tours take around 45 minutes and packages start from £15.00 and includes two half pints, a Castle Rock Brewery beer in the Vat & Fiddle (Brewery Tap) and the opportunity to pour your own pint of our award-winning Harvest Pale.
The tier 2 package comes at a cost of £22.95 per person and includes everything from the basic package (above) plus any classic main meal from the Vat & Fiddle food menu.
