Description

Steam Town is a six-barrel microbrewery with its own craft beer bar and restaurant, established in 2017. Many other local pubs, clubs and micropubs within a 10-mile radius also sell its ales, as well as beer festivals and outlets further afield by arrangement. Steam Town beers are available in many formats: cask, keg, mini-cask/keg, bottles and cans.

Judging for the competition takes around a year, starting with individual nominations from CAMRA members and tasting panel nominations, leading to a series of rigorous regional heats adhering to a strict blind tasting policy.

Steam Town - Brewery Tour

Brewery tours, called "Beer Knights", are conducted on the last Tuesday of the month as part of a tutored tasting (3 x Steam Town beers + 3 x other beers); a burger meal is included in the package.
