Under the same ownership and sharing the same kit as Two Cocks brewery (qv) this microbrewery, based on the edge of Hampshire/Berkshire, specialises in long-lost craft beer recipes from a time before brewing giants existed. The passion is for taste, not profit; low volume rather than mass production.
