Two Cocks

Church Lane, Enborne, RG20 0HB (View on Google Map) 0163537777 info@twococksbrewery.com Website

Description

Under the same ownership and sharing the same kit as Swamp Bog brewery (qv), Two Cocks was established in 2011, after wild hops were found growing in the farm's hedgerows. A 180-feet deep borehole supplies water for the brewery. During the English Civil War, the first Battle of Newbury (1643) was fought on the surrounding land and most of the beer names refer to it in some way.
