Overlooking Troon's North Bay, one bar serves both public and lounge areas. There is a pool table and juke-box. One real ale is sold, usually from Scottish breweries and reasonably priced for the area. There is a good range of malt whiskies and rums. Popular meals are served throughout the day, with breakfast available from 9am Saturday and Sunday, when the pub is licensed from 10.30am. There is a 'smart' quiz on Thursday night, and regular live music on Fridays or Saturdays. Other events are often scheduled.
