Popular village local befitting its name which also attracts those walking the Pennine Way or visiting the ruined farmhouse claimed to be 'Wuthering Heights'. The pub is small and cosy and retains a traditional layout with two small lounges either side of a central bar plus a separate games room. There is a small beer garden beyond the car park to the rear with impressive views across the valley to Oldfield. Stanbury is only 2 miles from Haworth but a million miles from its tourist hustle and bustle. Tea and coffee is available on request.
