A former Holt, Plant and Deakin pub acquired by Bathams following the demolition of the nearby Holly Bush, Bell Street, in 1999. The facade is entirely exposed brickwork. The front bar has a modern feel with high tables whilst the rear lounge is carpeted and split down the middle by a real fire. Thursday is 'Quiz and Bingo' night. On Sunday, a charity meat raffle is held with the money raised being donated to the neonatal unit.
