Built in 2018 on the site of an old gatehouse next to the new Kirkintilloch bypass. It has a typical modern pub/restaurant layout with a large car park and outside seating area with a children's playground. The food specialty is rotisserie cooked chicken. This is a popular stop on walks along the wooded paths nearby. There is quiz night each Tuesday. Alcohol is available from 11am (12.30 on Sundays). Real ale ceased to be available in May 2019.
