Opened at the end of June 2016 it is named after the nearby Sankey Viaduct, built by George Stephenson. The building was originally a chapel and has been restored using wooden beams in the roof and keeping bare brickwork on show throughout. There is an attractive outdoor seating area with separate booths. There are historical photos and details of local history throughout the pub.
This Pub serves many changing beers and 3 regular beers.
