This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Over the past two decades stewards Roger and RoseAnna Bacon have really established the club as a popular destination leading to multiple winner of Branch Club the year. Three handpulls with one rotating guest – mainly regional. The annual St Patrick’s beer festival, held in the refurbished function room, encourages non members to enjoy an extended range of real ales and ciders and raise money for the support of local community sports teams. Close to river you can come by boat. York CAMRA Club of the Year 2023.
