Attractive, modernised pub, reopened in 2008 after closure and a battle with property developers. One long, open bar with plush sofas at one end and a restaurant area at the other; the central bar has stools to accommodate casual drinkers. The three 'regular' brews listed above may vary, but come from the same 'LocAle' breweries. Not quite a gastro-pub but well on the way yet still serving four good quality real ales. The tiny car park can get extremely congested and with average trade is often full.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer (Occasional Flowerpots seasonal replaces Goodens Gold) and 3 regular beers.
