Real ale discount scheme

Modern styled bar converted from a former Co-operative store. There is a main bar area, separate dining area and upstairs function room. Up to six cask beers are served, generally from Yorkshire or northern breweries. There is a dark beer in the winter months and large selection of other beers on tap and in bottles and cans. A diverse range of meals is available. The large upstairs function room has occasional music events and monthly comedy club and this area also serves as extra dining space. Part of Market Town Taverns chain. Quiz night on Wednesdays.
