Modern canalside hotel. The bar is part of the well-furnished restaurant, but there is a comfortable room at the side of the bar to escape the clink of cutlery. Pleasant beer terrace overlooking the lawn in front of the canal. Routine ale choices but quality and prices are good. Sunday carvery.
