The pub retains its two-room layout, albeit modernised, with a central servery. Public bar on the left with a panelled annexe; lounge with real fire on the right. There are small patios side and rear. Discounts are available on the house beers to holders of a 'Billy Card'. No hot food is served. Darts and poker nights; live jazz Thursday lunchtimes fortnightly; dogs welcome. The Billy beers are currently brewed by Shipstones in Nottingham.
