This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
ACC
Admission is available to Club Members. ACC (Association of Conservative Clubs) affiliated members and guests are also welcome. Consisting foremostly of one high ceilinged room with exposed beams, joists and a resplendent highly ornamental Victorian timber coving. Upstairs there’s a snooker table room. The club has no employees being fully staffed by member volunteers.
Historic Interest
A wall picture, above the bar hatch, portrays James & Emma Johnson who were the innkeepers of The Bulls Head when, in 1870, Charles Brook, a wealthy philanthropist, had it demolished replacing it with a villagers coffee house and reading room which in 1896 became the club.
This Club serves 2 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
