Basic, rough and ready, friendly locals' pub in the older part of Workington. Real ale is popular but supplies are not consistent; they may be sold out after a busy weekend! A lengthy but level trek from the railway station. Some have restricted opening hours, so check before making a special journey. Plenty of roadside parking outside.
