A relatively new pub in a converted double Victorian house, opened in 2017. The name celebrates Arthur Batham who was instrumental in saving the brewery and its pubs for us to enjoy today.
A central bar serves the large lounge with traditional pub tables and comfortable bench seating around the walls. The front terrace has shaded bench tables, and at the back there's a covered smoking area and garden. Upstairs the function room can accommodate about 25.
Bathams mild and bitter are on the bar; and pies, cobs and snacks are available.
Side ramp access on request to the ground floor. No adapted WC.
