Comfortable village local, just five miles from central Edinburgh. It caters for all tastes, having different areas for either a drink or a meal. The walls are decorated with old photographs along with a possible explanation of the origin of the village name. There is also a conservatory restaurant, with an unusual bottle-shaped well by the entrance. Meals served all day, but just breakfast until 11am.
