Micropub
Bedfordshire's first micropub, at the roundabout near RAF Henlow, is a one room pub run mainly as a beerhouse. It has recently been expanded with the addition of a marquee-covered outside garden area which can be heated when necessary for use throughout the year. There are usually 4 Real Ales, from both local brewers and those further afield, which are served by gravity as are most of the ciders. Keg beers and lagers from Warsteiner, Guinness and others, including low and non alcohol products are also available. The beers are complemented by a good selection of spirits together with Barista-style coffee and a small selection of wines. Memorabilia is related to forms of transport hence the pub's name. Live bands play monthly. Please note, on Bank Holiday weekends the pub is closed on Sunday, Monday & Tues.
