Reopened with limited hours and no food in June 2022 after being closed since the end of December 2020. The restaurant remains closed, but the venue has teamed up with a local takeaway to provide food.
Large canal side pub and restaurant. The bar and restaurant areas are partitioned with separate entrances. The bar is simply furnished mainly with tables and chairs and upholstered seating to one side, old pictures of the canal on the walls and a large gas fire in the centre of the bar. To the other side is a games area, with two dartboards, a pool table, and gaming machines. There are numerous TV screens showing sports channels. Quiz night every Thursday. Outside there is a large patio area beside the canal, with mooring facilities and a covered smoking area. Food is served from all day every day and separate bar, restaurant, and children's menus. Sunday roast is served until 3.30pm
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
