This grade II listed building was once a dwelling house, but has been selling drinks now for over 200 years. It was part of The Ruddles estate until 1978 when Everards acquired the Ruddles estate of 24 pubs for the grand sum of £730,000. The ground floor consists of a public Bar and a lounge bar with a conservatory and a staircase leading to a restaurant/function room on the first floor.
