Cosy village pub built around 1650, with beamed low ceilings in its many small rooms that surround the bar. Pictures of outdoor pursuits, and old photographs adorn the walls. The pub sits in an attractive quiet village in the Wolds and is excellent for walking and cycling. The pub changed hands in December 2018. Previous landlord provided plastic covers for the muddy boots of CAMRA trekkers. The various small rooms are now very popular dining areas. Please note the pub is closed on bank holidays. Discount available for those arriving by bus and presenting their ticket.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 1 regular beer.
