Historic Interest
May also historically be listed as located in Freckenham as late as 1937. A report in the Ipswich Journal** on 30 Sep in 1840 states that : To be let, that old-established Inn, now in full trade, called the Red Lodge, near Newmarket, apply to Robert CLIFTON, Brandon.
