Originally built some 400 years ago, this quaint, little-changed Grade II listed pub still boasts a separate carpeted, public bar. A new tenant took over in June 2019.
Historic Interest
Grade II listing:- Probably C17. Timber framed, with C18 and C19 modifications. Two-storeys. Rendered with tiled roof. Two casement windows to first-storey. Door with bracketed hood to left of ground-storey with canted single-storey bay to right. Single-storey addition on left with central casement window and hipped tile roof. Single-storey extension on right.
