A micro brewery & brewery tap which opened in late 2017, though the first beers from the 6-barrel brewery weren't available until end of February 2018. Currently the bar serves a continually changing range of at least 4 cask beers (both national, local and on-site brewed) supplemented by wide range of craft beers on tap.
The bar area has an industrial feel with bare brick walls. A railway clock hangs near the bar. The adjoining area is mainly for food which includes a row of table and chairs that come from the first class train compartment with pipework and comic murals of the brewery. Food consists of gourmet burgers. It is also worth a visit to the toilets to see an alternative use for beer kegs!
New in Autumn 2021 is an upstairs area which is accessed via industrial steel stairs from the 'lounge'.
This Pub serves 4 changing beers and 2 regular beers.
