A former local authority office, which has been re-furbished to a very high standard but is very much a restaurant with a bar, rather than a pub. Kilmarnock College is around the corner and the Dick Institute, the town's museum, art gallery and main library is opposite. Real ale and handpumps now removed (April 2016).
