Occupying a picture postcard setting by the old Nungate Bridge, this bistro enjoys views across the River Tyne to St Mary's Collegiate Church. The bar features a long light oak counter with bar stools and real ale from Winton, who brew in the town. Whist the emphasis is on dining, drinkers are warmly welcomed. Food is served all day at Friday to Sunday. A great spot for outdoor drinking by the river.
